Let me tell you the reasons. There are two reasons why I decided to start a noodle factory.
One reason is that I thought I could apply my knowledge of baking and pastry that I learned at Community College to noodles. Also, I studied about the food industry, like restaurant management and cost control in college. I earned a Food Manager Certificate for practical purposes.
The other reason is that I worked at a ramen restaurant, and the quality of the noodles delivered to us are not consistent. However the Ramen shop owner who is Japanese has no other choice but to use them. I would like to convey to the U.S. the correct form of ramen noodles on behalf of the Japanese.
When I open my noodle factory, I can solve many problems for ramen shops because I have a lot of knowledge about noodles since my background growing up in Japan gave me knowledge about Ramen, Udon and Soba etc naturally. Therefore I believe I can provide good quality noodles to ramen restaurants in the U.S.
I am excited and happy to open a noodle factory because I believe that cultural exchange around the world is the foundation for peace. It is my pleasure to share delicious food through Japanese food culture and to provide happy moments at the dinner table. The name of my company also expresses this belief and is Happy Noodle. For these reasons I'm ready to start a noodle factory.
